How to register:
Please print all forms below. Purchase your USA card, see below.
BE SURE TO PURCHASE YOUR USA CARD AFTER SEPT. 1ST!!!
FOR 2011!!
When you purchase your USA card online be sure to PRINT 2 COPIES!!! One for us and one for you to keep. You must print it when you buy it.
You can pay online or by check. Mail or Bring all forms to registration night or mail all forms and payment and USA card to:

Please register by Sept. 16th for size guarantee for registration gear.
Please turn everything in together!!!!
There are four things you must have turned in before you can practice.
These are the links to print your forms and USA card purchasing directions:
1) Completed registration form
2) Payment (check, cash or visa online)
3) Signed Medical Waiver form (click on link and print form)
4) Hard copy of current 2010-2011 USA card.
Fees
If paying online, there will be a small processing fee.

All-Phase Wrestling is a non-profit organization that prides itself in never turning a kid away. We provide scholarships to kids that need financial help to stay in wrestling and participate in tournaments. Donations are greatly appreciated.
2010-2011 Collegiate Practice Schedule
(All practices are at the West Linn High School Wrestling room, except some Sunday Advanced practices)
Advanced starts October 4th 2010
Beginner starts November 8th 2010
Intermediate starts November 9th 2010
Beginners : Mondays & Wednesdays - 5:45-6:45pm
Intermediates: Tuesdays & Thursdays - 6:00-7:30pm
Advanced: Mondays & Wednesdays - 7:00-8:30 pm
October & 1st week of November Only: Tuesdays & Thursdays - 7:00-8:30pm
November 8th-February : Tuesdays & Thursdays- 7:30-9:00pm
